- Arrive with a clean face/no makeup.
- There will be strict enforcement of our no show policy. 50% of the service price. This is non-refundable if you miss your appointment.
- NO Coffee 4 hours before any Lash Appointments.
Please be courteous. We understand that life is full of unexpected events. However, if you book an appointment that you cannot keep, 24 hours notice is required to avoid a penalty. This allows our other paying clients to book an appointment without penalty. In the event that an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, you will be required to pay 50% of the service price.
